STAAR Spirit Week

WOW!  We had a great spirit week April 14th- 17th.  It ended Thursday morning with a parade!  I'm so proud of the participation we had and the cheers everyone heard from Pre-K as we encouraged the older grades to "ROCK THE STAAR!!!"  I hope your child went home talking about our fun!  Here are a few pictures from the week.

Leprechaun Hunt

Both classes went out for the Annual Pre-K Leprechaun Hunt in hopes of catching the leprechaun and getting his gold!  The kids had great ideas of what they wanted to spend the gold on (new toys, puppies, even vacations).  Sadly the leprechaun got away again this year, but not before he played his biggest trick of all and messed up our room leaving his leprechaun dust and dancing footprints all over!  We had a great time searching the school for him, and collecting the sparkles he left behind.  I hope it was a day they went home talking about and remember for a long time!  ENJOY!!!
